We will make every effort to arrange for a replacement delivery as promptly as possible.

For your convenience, you can monitor the shipping status of your order on our website by navigating to the "Track your Order" section. Please be aware that all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice indicating the price, in accordance with Indian Tax Regulations.

Yours products will be shipped to you in a minimum of 4 days to a maximum of 7 days to your location based on the city you 

stay after complete payment of the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All products come with a standard warranty (unless otherwise indicated on the product page) to safeguard our customers against any manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any issues with your order, kindly inform us within the specified timeframe from the date of shipment regarding any defective items. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for exchanges and returns, and we will reimburse you for these expenses after verifying the product's defect. We will, at no charge to you, either replace or repair any damaged products, with shipping costs covered by us. In the event that we are unable to supply a replacement due to stock limitations, we will promptly issue a 100% refund. It's important to note that no warranty will be applicable if the product has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accidental damage, modification, or if it has been soldered or altered in any way.

For items requiring exchange, please start by sending us photographs of the damaged products. We will assess the extent of the damage and determine the most appropriate course of action for either exchange or return. If the specific item is unavailable for replacement, we will issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Please note that alterations or cancellations can only be made for orders that are still in the "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status. Once your order has progressed to a different status, it becomes ineligible for modifications or cancellations.

In certain cases, order cancellations may incur a 5% bank charge, depending on the payment method you used. This is because many payment gateway providers levy their commission even when orders are canceled and refunded.
